No arrows
Hey guys. I managed to get a decent bow from the merchant in tavern, but no arrows. Not even the Arms merchant sells arrows-I checked several cities and there are no arrows either. I also checked the other merchants just to be sure, but the problem remains. Any help please?

That's unusual, in which towns have you checked? A few factions don't use archers, that's why their arms merchant doesn't sell arrows.
