Cant find Varys for "The Message"
I spoke with him in the Red Keep but cannot find him behind the Great Sept of Baelor because I cant get behind it. Is there an obvious way that I'm missing?

He should be standing right in front of the sept, near the well where also the guild master is standing.

I went there immediately after being given the quest, when it was noon. Maybe try throughout the night, it might be a glitch.

I think my playthrough is just bugged. I tried at every time stage I could. Still not there.

I had just bent my knee to Tywin and joined the Lannisters, but it was only around 40 days in. No big deal.
