How do I really change my faction's culture for recruitment
Why I can not switch to sandbox mode from static war in 9.4
Another question: I was free folk, and I changed my faction's culture to the Reach; the town guards became The Reach soldiers, yet the soldiers I hired from the village were still wildlings. How do I really change my culture for recruitment?
