Reed Matter - Freeing brother Quest

I can't find him.
It is said that the slaver's camp are located between Qohor and Norvos cities,but i spent more than 2 hours trying to find it,searching the area and nothing.
Someone can help by giving me some more info or the exact location on the map?

I was able to find the slavers camp directly north of Nestaris just before the little mountain, west of the trees.
