mule inventory bonus?
I remember there was skill bonus if you had mule before.
is that feature gone? Cause I see it on donkey(foraging), not on mule
also it doesnt matter whether I am riding or I put it it the inventory right?

This is the speed bonus. Reduces speed penalties if you carry a lot of cargo overland.
