i own kings landing but cant access faction blacksmith
do you have to be king of kings landing to use the faction smith in kings landing or does being a lord work also because i own it as a vassal but i cant use the faction smith

This has to do with the relation you have with the faction. Since the culture of Kings Landing is Westerlands, you would need to have above a 75 relationship with the westerlands to be able to access that
