Is it possible to become a vassal for the Night's Watch?
I know you can join as a troop of the Lord Commander, but is there a legit way of becoming more than just enlisted in his army, and actually become a vassal?

Basically, get enough renown for the lords/kings to send you an invitation to join their kingdom. If you are lucky, one of them will be the Night's watch.

Thanks! Do you know around how much renown they start asking you to join them?

In old versions instead of becoming a Nights watch soldier, you'd become a vassal lord. But now you need around 200-300 renown to be offered vassalage by a faction.
