Can't recruit from villages.
No option to bribe village leader. No path at all as far as I can see.

Just "Force recruitment"

I grind for 8 hours in this stupid mod just for it to be entirely broken? Say it ain't so... please.

it's not broken. you must share religion with the village in question in order to recruit. This can easily be fixed by going to a septry and convert.

Also sometimes you may need to go to the village center to speak with the village elder and offer him a payment to have him help recruit villages. It is amazing how bribing the village elder can sometimes help get willing recruits.
