Congratulation, questions, suggestions, tips
First of all congratulation to Produno and collaborators for this wonderful mod, definitely one of the best total conversions I have played so thanks for all your hard work.

Now to the questions/suggestions (for clarification I'm playing version 5.3 installed through the steam workshop):

1) The initial option of "character names according to the books or tv show" is kind of misleading.
I was expecting changes like Asha Greyjoy instead of Yara but having Daenerys not be in the game at all because I chose the book option was completely unexpected and disappointing. Perhaps this could be better clarified in the starting options.

2) Regarding the main quest, on my first playthrough I decided to join Rob Stark's army and spend like 8 months with him until he finally died in the red wedding and I decided to follow up on the quest, now there is a point where you have to return to Rob and I thought the quest was broken now so I decided to start a new game. I read somewhere that you can complete this step by talking to Roose Bolton as well, perhaps the quest text could be modified to say "lord of winterfel or something" instead of Rob Stark.

3) Regarding the main quest as well, I finished the "lands of always winter" I think it was called, up to the point where you scout for the white walkers and report back to lord commander Mormont. Now I read many threads mentioning there is a follow up on this where Jon contacts you and you have to go to crasters keep or something like that but this never triggered in my game and I'm over the 2 years mark and the white walkers have already come. Was this quest removed for 5.3 or did my game get bugged? In this playthrough I managed to save Rob Stark if it has any relation at all and Jon was well and alive when I returned him to Mormont but he disappeared after that, I was never able to see him again in the castle black hall or tournaments.

4) I decided to help Valar Blackfire with his claim on Pentos and I don't know if this is a general warband bug or related to the mod but after we conquered all Pentosi lands with the help of Bravos the faction is never eliminated so the quest is impossible to complete. I waited around 9 months after finally giving up, the prince of Pentos has no lands an no vassals but he still won't give up, I also tried revealing all the map with cheats and he is nowhere to be found.
I finally decided to give up and abandon the quest which made me an independent ruler of the Pentosi lands we conquered but unfortunately a second bug appeared where I had no minister and wasn't able to asign one so as a workaround I ended up gifting my lands to the Bravos sealord to balance the power in Essos against the growing Volantis threat and heading back to Westeros.

5) Regarding lords, now it has been a long time since I played native but If I remember correctly the usual behaviour is for defecting/banished lords to move from faction to faction until finally leaving the game only where they have already been in all other factions. And if I also remember correctly in VC which I assume was used as a base for this mod there is even an option for lords to never leave the game. Now in this mod I'm getting worried since I have seen lords gone into permanent exile on their first banishment instead of moving to another faction. This is concerning if one is interested in having a long game as I'm actually worried of running out of lords before I even start my own kingdom.

6) More on lords, I have noticed while building enterprises that most lords have "good" personalities, I think I only had negative relationships with 3 or 4 lords out of 42 cities total.
This is good on the one hand but as a female character I'm experiencing the negative part, I'm literally running around all of westeros begging for someone to marry me but it turns out like 90% of all lords are either upstanding or martial and the won't marry me. I thinks those are the types not really sure, I'm a vassal of house Targaryen whose 10 unmarried lords say that they heart belongs to another maiden or that I'm not they standard of beauty (feminine, pure , whatever) and out of the around 50 lords I have asked from other factions only 2 or 3 where willing to marry but still loyal to their liege so it seems I'm screwed.

7) Even more on lords, I don't know how much control you have to modify lords loyalties but there have been some funny lore breaking events going on in my game ( I guess this won't happen in static wars but keeping stating wars on for a long time seems kind of boring) So early in my game puppet King Joffrey joined the vale ?? and Kings Landing was awarded to Walder Frey lol, to top it all the mountain is now a loyal vassal to house Dorne of all people, rofl.

8) Ambushes in towns, this was really annoying during the early part of the game but on most scenes ambushes are extremely bugged, first of all many of the "ambushers" are unarmed peasants and the worst part is sometimes they spawn literally miles away from the player and sometimes they don't even aggro the player, I have found "ambusher" static peasants facing the wall inside a barn many times. Sometimes in the early game I had to give up, reload and avoid a town cause I couldn't find them and kill them to exit the scene after 30 minutes of searching ( I think the worst offender was weeping town, beautiful scene by the way)
As a workaround when you get bodyguards you can use them to charge and find the peasants, which leads to my next point.

9) Bodyguards, unlike VC where If I recall correctly the number of bodyguards was constant here it increases based on either level or renown not sure. It's great to have many bodyguards don't get me wrong but it gets really annoying on taverns especially the small ones where you can barely move with so many bodyguards blocking your path. Perhaps they should not be on tavern scenes where they are not really that necessary?

10) Robber/Exiled knights, I've seen many complaints about these and I while I was fortunate not to meet them in my early game I think they are really annoying even later in the game, If I'm not travelling with a big army it's either hide in some castle or reload. I have no problem with them being tough but the problem is their ridiculous map speed, the player should be able to run away from tougher enemies, especially if my party is smaller, almost 100% mounted, with extra horses, pathfinding 8 and barely any cargo.
By the way any tips for the mission "Bringing a warlord to justice" I tried the first time with my moderately strong around 250 strong army and I got completely obliterated, I'm thinking in going back with either pure lancer cavalry or spears, gotta test my newly acquired unsullieds.

11)Tip for the ones having trouble early game you can follow a very simple trade route free of robber knights, buy furs in the north towns, go from white harbour to winterfel, barrowtown and back to white harbour, you could go to castle black or nearby villages if you still have room in inventory but probably not, take rented ships and sell in the ports going south, Sisterton, Gulltown, Maidenpool, Dragonstone(you can buy stone to sell back at white harbour here), Duskendale, Kings Landing, Weeping Town, Sunspear(your stock is probably empty before this point) back to White Harbour.

12) The most important point, the white walkers. So I was extremely disappointed when the white walker invasion which I was worried about happened in my game, it turns out the white walkers behave like bandits instead of a faction at war with everyone, so unless you are playing as free folk, night watch or the north(I have seen them go as low as barrowtown) they are completely irrelevant, and even then they are probably just a nuisance since their armies are so large they probably don't catch anyone and no one wants to fight them either. Why would anyone want to engage the night king and his 5k strong army, well I wanted to test which weapons worked against them so it turns out fire arrows work on wights but not white walkers as predicted, obsidian arrows work on both, and according to the brave late Sir Barristan who has the only other Valyrian steel weapon in my party and was brave enough to get close to the that world war z horde valyrian steel works as well as expected. I was just sniping some wights safely from my horse while my foolish or brave companions where already massacred so I decided to leave the fight but I saw some other white walkers clearly standing tall among the horde so I sniped them too and there was one who looked extremely similar to the night king so I gifted him some obsidian arrows too and left the battle. So the night king is no more, and there are some extremely large and slow moving white walker thiefs in the north so I decided to go back south to deal with the important stuff like getting a husband, turns out Cersey was right all along.
Suggestion, the white walkers should definitely behave like and invading faction like Aegon just permanently at war with everyone, otherwise what's the point?
I also think the wights could be toned down like a lot, they already require special weapons to kill, why also give them super stats and super speed? As I said above it seemed more like world war z than game of thrones.

13) Regarding bandit parties, I'm having trouble understanding how some of them behave, for example all the ones in the north with unique names like "the flints", etc, at first I thought they were patrols belonging to the north faction because they never attacked me (I think) but then I noticed they started running away from me at some point in the game so I attacked them and they seem to be like normal bandits in that regard but they don't attack you an you don't lose relations with anyone? I don't know I'm confused.
And what about the robber knights, on top of all they seem to ignore everything on the map except the player??

14) Companions dialogue, there are many companion dialogues that refer to who they like or dislike that don't actually mention the name of the person, there were like 5 or 6 cases if I recall correctly, for example Mya seems to like Gendry and says something like his face reminds me of mine so one can asume it's Gendry because they are both Robert's sons but others were not so clear.
I'm having trouble with some of the companions morale and the companions tab in the character screen doesn't help much.
For example Anguy was never happy with my choice of companions even after Xhondo and ♥♥♥♥(the ones he dislikes) hadn't been in the party for over a year.
Sylva keeps threatening to leave because I kill people (?) she is happy about companions but not about my style of leadership, my reputation is over 400 and I never do anything dishonorable, not clue what's going on there.

15) Companions likes and dislikes based on what I have discovered so far (v5.3) to complement the wiki which I don't think it's up to date, at least it doesn't have some of the new companions:
-: dislikes
+: likes

16) Are the elder sand snakes recruitable? they are mentioned in the changelog for 5.0 but no idea where to look for them, I spent hours exploring Sunspear, planky town and trying to find hidden locations on dorne, any hint would be appreaciated.
