For those who want tremors removed.
It seems just about everyone agrees that either tremors need to be removed, or they need an option to remove them (and to a lesser extent the same with the A.I. hack event).

Please post below if you agree with this sentiment and we might be able to attract Puffin to either tell us why not or finally remove these damn things.

Completely agree they are way to common and broken. Constantly injuring my colonists, making the game really irritating.

Truth be told, I won't install it until they are at least made less common.

This. They're a pain in the ass.
They need to either be a short-term event, or be far less common.

Yup... beyond annoying and I think they are bugged at the moment. I removed the faulty generator, but the tremors still occur.

Luckily, you can go into your save file, search for Tremor (which should be under <activeConditions>) and remove the event when it's happening.

Thanks for telling me how to remove them. Just did it. You might still have the notification active, but it can be dismissed easily.

could you be a little more specific

I found the "incidents" file in the mod folder and changed the <earliestday> entry to 10000 instead of 10. I'll try it out and see if it works.

Found the file on my computer under Steam>steamapps>workshop>content>294100>935948526>Defs>Incidents but I am not sure the numbers on the folders are the same on all downloads.

...You can just disable the incident in the scenario editor, guys. There's no need to edit the mod files.

Tremors seem annoyingly common.

because of this event I stopped to use modification....

Love the idea of this mod. Absolutely hate the tremors. My settlement being in the mountains makes it worse when it takes forever to travel to any quest area.
Madam Dandelion 30. aug. 2017 kl. 4:07
To better balance tremors, you could make it so they never exceed 15 days (1 quadrum) and so they never start before 30 days (2 quadrums), and that's about it.

If you are able to make a on/off switch to it, that would be even better, but simply removing it would beat the entire point of events to the ground.

They might be lethal for mountain colonies, but so is 3 consecutive raids thrown at you by Randy or the storytellers trying to actively kill your colonists because you passed the hard cap.

Yep. I really liked the idea of this mod but I stopped using it a while back because the annoyances far outweighed the benefits, which is sad, as it made caravanning and exploring a lot more fun.
