Allow multi-select in the exclusion options
When choosing which buildings to be excluded from minification, it would be nice to be able to select more than one at a time. Clicking each individually and then pressing the arrow takes a long time. Would it be difficult to add a mult-select option? Either by pressing the shift or ctrl keys while clicking items or a checkbox toggle. Thank you

or have preset groups to disable

This is 100% needed, doing this individually is a pain to say the least. An Alternative would be to have everything start Disabled and we can move over the things we want.

Literally after replying in here, I found this mod: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2815301242

It overrides the Config Menu for Minify Everything making it much easier to customise the mod. Though it would still be nice if this was built in.
