It's either at the Inventor's Table or with the empty hands. Try the former first.

It wasn't in either of them.

Try to upgrade the Inventor's Table to tier 2 (Engineer's Table). If it's not in it, upgrade to tier 3 (Architect's Table).

According to the mod's code, the Flesh Sythethiser is in the Engineer's Table, and requires 15 Titanium Bars, 10 Coal, 10 Core Fragments and 10 Tungsten Bars.

Are you sure you did not tick the "Materials Available" checkbox ?

If you want to use admin commands, try looking at an Inventor's Table (or its upgrades) with admin privileges, and see if it's available.

If you still cannot see it, use the following command:

I did not know how to craft the flesh synthesizer, so I did /spawnitem fleshsynthesis-recipe and now I can craft it. Thank you!

There are many recipes missing from the Flesh Synthesizer, all of the things I need to make the teratoma are missing, all the molecules. How exactly would one get a hand on those molecules to possibly unlock the recipes?

Nevermind, found the molecules, they are in the table, however I can only see them in admin mode.

I really feel like if something REQUIRES admin mode to work...it really should be fixed so you don't need it to work properly. Like, if this is supposed to be used outside of being an admin, you really need to fix the coding so it does not require that.
Like, please, fix this. I do not want to force people who want to use this on my own server to be forced to utilize admin commands JUST to get any advancement out of this mod at all.

I'm having the same problem, the flesh synthesiser does not appear on any of the crafting menus not even with admin mode on. Also i think there may be another crafting table besides the vanilla ones? I just feel like im missing out on most of this mod.

ya um the sinthisizer is right now admin mode thing to grab an all and there is stuf in the vinila crafting tables so look and you may find thim

i still cant get the flesh synthesis, even though i typed the command, but it says 'Insufficient privileges to spawn items'
