Plant shield effect?
So I am using the console to set up a game for my own purposes and I used the command
effect add_modifier = { modifier = gpm_planetary_shielding_FE }
to add the planet shielding modifier but i don't get the plant shielding texture. Is there a different command i need to use or is it the texture just not gonna be there?

There is a seperate command for it, once a planet has the fallen empire planet shield modifier, you can do:
open console
select planet
type "effect gpm_set_fallen_empire_planetary_shields = yes"
