lost augment description
After extracting the Augments they lose their description (it is replaced by their Name) and the namme is replaced by "Extracted Augment"

If the script doesn't recognize the augment, it will not be able to restore it's description and name. The "Extracted Augment" is a fallback behaviour for when it encounters something I didn't specifrically write into it. It has no way of knowing what description the augment had before being used if it's been modded or modified in any way.
