No matter how many systems I go to, the required anomaly won't spawn (or whatever it's called)... meaning I can't go to that 'secret' city and upgrade my weapons from this mod. x.x

If it's possible to go there directly via admin commands, that'd be great - 'cause lord knows RNG won't allow me to go there.
