Installation guide for use online in Repentence+?

Someone I played with claimed to be using item desc, but I can't find how to install it for online play ('normal' mods must be disabled before playing online).

How do you install it?

Mods are currently not supposed to be used in online coop. The game devs added the warning for a reason. Therefore we will not provide an installation instruction for the forseeable future.
