I've noticed that some of the new synergies and effects don't seem to be fully documented in the mod's in-game descriptions.

For instance, the trinket A Lighter (t135) has a new feature in REP+ where it can remove Tick (t53). This is currently only documented on the Chinese Isaac wiki and hasn't been added to the Fandom wiki yet.

I've spotted a few other unlisted changes during my gameplay, though I haven't kept a detailed list, so I can't provide every example.(I play with the Chinese language setting, so I'm not sure if the English descriptions are already up-to-date)

Just wanted to bring this to your attention! What's the update plan for the descriptions? Will they be refined in the next major update?
