In this mod, there is an item called a mimic book that you can store and switch between several books that it consumes. Because of the drawing of the different books, it's a bit difficult to know which book is which, so

Is it possible to make it so that when using the tab to view the item descriptions, you can see which book is active?

Or with the configuration mod, you can passively activate the item information from the external item description so that the item description doesn't disappear, as if the item were on the pedestal, which remains at the description until it goes beyond the limit, but forever?

Descriptions for items that are added by mods, need to be added by the mod itself and not by EID. Therefore, please message the developer of that mod to ask for the feature you want.

In general, EID is completely open source and provides interfaces and modding features that allow full customization. that includes custom categories for the "TAB" view feature. Therefore, its possible for the mod developer to implement the feature you want.
