External item description of shop runes/cards
Is there an option to show what card or rune description it has before i purchases it from a shop(examples normal/hard run shops, greed/greedier run shop)

yes, just enable the "DisplayCardInfoShop" config option. you can find it in MCM -> EID-> Display ->"Consumables for Sale" ->"Purchaseable Card Info"

Cards and Runes are the same thing for the game, so this option works for both types.
