DESCRIPTIONS ON ITEMS DON'T APPEAR
So basically I started a new run after installing and uninstalling repentagon and cheat engine, and the mod stopped working.
I tried to figure out why opening the debug console, and it showed me a "PostRender failed" error. Can someone help?

please tell us the whole error message. "PostRender failed" is not the whole message
