I am unable to figure out how to copy and paste the log file/error message I'm getting to here. If you know of a way to copy and paste it to here please let me know. I am getting a error message and if i can figure out how to copy it to here we might be able to fix this issue.

try the following steps to cleanly reinstall the mod:
1. close game
2. unsubscribe from the mod
3. start game and enter the main menu
4. close game
5. subscribe to the mod
6. start game and enter main menu. Now the mod should be installed again and can be used
I did what you said and this is a screenshot of the message I'm still getting in debug console.

if its not there, try to install the mod manually. you can download it here and find an installation guide there as well . use the "epic Games / GOG / Cracked" method of installation

Thank you so much it is working now, so for reference, doing the mod from the steam workshop is downloading it without the 2 important folders that it needs, the steam workshop version only has the description folder from the method you told me to use but it was missing the other folders.
so if anyone else is having the same problem as me they will all need to manual download and do this as well
That conclusion is not correct. The steam workshop mod has all the files it needs. the problem you are having is most likely either an issue with the save location of your game (inside OneDrive and a bunch of other folders, making the file path maybe to long for the game to recognize) or some download issues that steam itself caused.
But yes, if someone has the same weird problem, they can install the mod manually.
