Bug - "QuestionMark"
I'm encountering a bug where items in my inventory, when I hold map button to display them, are coming up with nothing but "QuestionMark" in their description. It's only items already collected, hasn't happened on any items on pedestal.

Sounds to me like you have a different mod installed that causes this behavior.
Please deactivate all your other mods, reenable them one by one and see which one of them causes this behavior. then report the issue to the mod creator of that mod
