AUTODOORS do not count as doors.
Pawns using a restroom will get embarrassed if there is a pawn in another room connected by an autodoor.

It is kinda logical If autodoor opens like shop's slidedoors on approach.
For toilets there are "innerroom" doors.

IIRC it has nothing to do with the type of door; if the door is open pawns can see through it, if they are around a corner they don't get embarrassed even if there is no door. Try putting restroom facilities out of direct sight of pawns outside the door.
