It seems it's realy the Longer Train Stations v5 mod causing the problem and not the Sloped Train Stations mod.
Also saves work with all 3 mods removed at a tilme as well so everything is fine if you simply remove the longer station mod when building 3+ platform sloped stations. Annoying but it works.

It seems the older 400 meter station mod works just fine with just the slope station mod enabled.

Everything still seems to break with the Longer Stations mod, so I'll be contacting the creator of that mod as well to see if he can fix his.

Also it seems removing the longer station mod and upgrading a broken station fixes it as well.
No problem, I actually made a mod that combines this and the longer station mod into one single mod for my own personal use, though there seems to be a conflict with the updateFn command used by both mods.
