my stats
+after burn for 5 sec +can heal buildings
-slower fireing speed it has 50 amo every 3 sec 1 amo is spend and when healing building 1 amo heals 2 health

Let me make these into VALVe looking stats.

[+] On hit: Deals afterburn for 5 seconds
[+] On hit: Heals friendly engineer buildings (2:1 health to ammo ratio)
[+] 312% clip size

[-] 20% slower firing speed

My suggestion is 20% damage penalty, otherwise it's the perfect Pybro weapon! :steamthumbsup:
