Spy tracker taunt? :D
It would be awesome to tell the dog to "go catch him!" as a taunt, and the dog goes and pursues, barks at him for a short time revealing his possition to all the team, or just exploding when reaching the spy as a taunt kill (but with less range and time). I can almost see it as a weapon, but that may be too much..?

That sounds stupid. How old are you?
This is not possible to implement. Taunts are animations tied to a single player, and cannot spawn AI bots/NPCs that then pursue a specific player on the server meeting certain conditions. It would take months of dedicated programming to achieve what you have in mind.

Yep, I don't know much about this things, in that case it should be atached to a weapon, but tf2 has never implemented such a complicated thing and it has already too much to fix
Anyways, It would be interesting to see a mechanic involving the control of a movile bot, or an entity that last afther your death (not a simple building).
I'd be still very happy with a peaceful dog taunt
