First of all, in the 1936 scenario Finé's father would be still alive and in charge.

1 Map: We saw that in the first episode Livonia is splitted in half, and Germanian Reich take the Western Half. Many think that is the Moltov-Ribbentrop pact's rappresentation, but for me it's different. In my theory, Livonia was splitted after a civil war in a Western Half (democratic) and a Eastern Half (communist), with the last one puppet of the Soviets. In the Allied conference in Britannia we saw an ambassador of Lousiana. That ended up with the theory that Lousiana was never bought by USA, but it declared itself indipendent in 1803, agree with Napoleon. The Nation would occupy the Midwest and close the possibility for the USA to conquer the West, that would be under Spanish control. Later, in 1810, the West Coast would became part of Mexico and later, in 1849, with the support of Lousiana and USA, it declared its indipendence with the name of Confederate States of the Pacific (California, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, Hawaii). Texas would be indipendent. Last,in my opinion Nord should control Denmark, Norway and Sweden United.

2 Names: in the anime, many names are inaccurate or stupid. So I created more fitting names:
Romolus-> Esperia (Esperia is the Ancient greek name of Italy, and it's cooler and more accurate tha Romolus)
Nord-> Kalmar Union (the Kalmar Union was the Union of Denmark, Sweden and Norway from XIV to XVI century. In this timeline, it was recreated in XIX cenutry)
Volga-> Federation of Slavic Socialist Republic
Livonia-> Poland (West half) and Ruthenia (East half). (Livonia is a region between Estonia and Latvia, it hasn't got nothing to do with Poland. Ruthenia is the Medieval name of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine, and I chose it because Eastern Livonia has got some Belarussian and Ukrainian lands.)

2: I get your Livonia theory. I personally believe that the picture just shows the MR pact, but your theory could also be correct. For now, I'd wait until maybe the anime creators release some kind of map detailing that.
3: Your Atlanta/US theory ist most likely to be correct. So we'd have a fractured US, which would make the game certainly more interesting. I'll add that to my to do list, but it's going to take a lot of effort to implement this.
4: I think that the Kingdom of Nord quite literally represents Norway in our timeline. When did you see evidence that Sweden, Norway and Denmark united prior to WW2?
5: As for the names, I'd like to stick to the original Anime names as much as possible. They might make no sense, but if we'd scrap them, we could just use the real world names. The feeling of the anime alternate history would be gone.

What specifically? Fine's father and the correct names are already implemented. As for Atlanta, this requires a lot of effort and I don't plan to implement it in the near feature. Right now I'm mostly focusing on fleshing out Eylstadt and Germania (national focus, tech tree, companies, ...) and maintaining it for future HoI updates.
