Also. Was there a Louisiana ambasador in anny of the allied nations scenes? I thought there was only one from Atlanta. But my memory might be fuzzy.

I don't think that Louisiana was supposed to be Canada. The creators did take some liberty in renaming countries, but they always picked names unique to the rl country (Thermidor, ...). And why should Canada stay neutral and send an ambassador to Europe? At that time, Canada was still a British Dominion, I think.

Well. This is up to you but in my opinion since its doubthfull this anime will be getting a second season with the ratings it got. You should probably take some "creative liberty" with what is what, in this anime's world. Its not like you are getting money out of it.

Well, the creators haven't shown nothing about other countries. For example Italy is an ally of Germania, but it seems that it's not involved in the war

Yeah, one can only speculate as long as the creators don't give some kind of information about it. I'll need to give the US a lot of thought, but for now, I'm focusing on ironing out the main nations, Germania and Eylstadt

True. Problem is that we dont realy know WHERE lousiana is. I mean we can always asume that its around modern day Lousiana but then again we dont realy know if its placed as we expect it to in this anime. Although I have a sneaking suspecion that Lousiana is actualy West US, mainly because japan is not realy involved in this war at all. Its up to you to decided where to place them in the end though.

@scottybrowning12345 I haven't really worked on the mod during the holidays, so a new update will take some time. Maybe next week

@The Red Knight The series was a bit cryptic about that, but there's the theory that Atlanta is only the eastern part of the US in our timeline, as we see an ambassador of (independant) Lousiana in the series. This would mean a lot of changes in the mod.

Actualy I thought the ending was okay. It was the fact that they decided to cut of the entire thing right there for almost no hope of a season 2 or anything of the like to build up the universe more. I don't realy see how you can change the US that much other than just changing their name to Atlanta though.

@The Red Knight Thanks! I also think that the ending is really bad. And even if they do a second season, it will propably be outside of the HoI timespan. About the nations: Britannia was pretty much the same as the real world UK in the series, but the US needs to be changed a lot. The series didn't mention Volga a lot (we don't even know whether they are communists), so I don't plan change a lot there, either.

@luca.tiburzi01 I also thought about adding anime portraits for other nations. I won't add that in the near future, though, as there are quite a few mods out there which do exactly that

One thing I do find sad is that even though I did not think the anime was particulary great, It was still enjoyable enough. But the way how they just speed forward and wraped up everything in the last episode.. At least if they planed to do a season 2 there could have been more materials to work with for this mod. The way it is right now. Other than Germania and Eylstadt, the only other nation I see getting anny kind of special stuff is Britania. Thats sad... And I got so excited when the Volga Federation got mentioned. This is a great mod none the less!
