Can you go to the skybox and type the command "getpos" and post the numbers here?

Aim for the bottom of the door to the entrance of the cafe. I'll get the coordinantes soonish, maybe.

Not subbed anymore (fresh install to fix some problems), so I cant get coords; There's a cafe beneath a bridge which has a counter with two sliding panels over the windows; if you stand in front of the white door that leads inside of it, about 3-5 feet away, look down where the bottom of the door meets the ground. Make sure your crosshair is right where they meet, then enter noclip and fly in that direction for about 30 seconds to a minute. Don't touch your mouse! You have to keep going in this same direction for a long time

Can you elaborate? A care beneath A bridge. What cafe? What bridge? There doesn't even seem to be a cafe in City 8.

Subleader has helpfully provided the console command to teleport there.
To anwer your question, if you leave the police station plaza and follow the road around a 90 degree corner to the right, you will shortly arrive at an alcove on the left side of the road beneath the first bridge you encounter. The alcove terminates in the wall of a small building. The longest portion of the wall is lined with a door and windows that run floor to ceiling. The wall then juts out towards you in an L shape. This portion of the wall has waist-height shutter windows that open from the inside, and a counter beneath them. The door to this building is the one that you must stand in front of, look down to where the door touches the floor, and fly in a straight direction towards and past that point for quite a while (15-20 seconds maybe?). You will reach the skybox. The skybox for the citadel is located elsewhere, at the very far left end of the outlands, a bit beyond the cave with the large metal wall.

go through the orange room, down the giant elevator into the reactor room, then noclip through the reactor and fly straight

For some reson. The citadel and the usual skybox dont appear.

I mean. In my computer. I tried to activate all buttons in admin room to see the citadel portal. Still. I dont even see the citadel.

Sounds like a clientside rendering issue. Do you only have the problem on this map? Can you describe what you see instead of the skybox?

May i send you an image in private? Its really hard for me to explain. Because. The skybox i think its way too realistic. And i dont have things such as stormfox installed. Anyways. if you let me send you and image via basiclly any media ill be grateful.
