The Decal Tool can't just be a forgotten idea! We gotta have this item!
People will love this, it looks different enough from the normal mask when disguising, and we need more decal items.

This is a great idea, but I think it should be and all class cosmetic in order to see other classes similar to a spy. It could be funny and could work great in my opinion. :)

This is a great cosmetic for the Spy. Guarenteed. Not too sure for every other class, but I can see Spy Mains really having fun with this one.

I feel like this is the perfect use for the decal tool. I'd love to buy hundreds of these and stick a ton of random images on each of them. It would also complete my "GerJidd" decal collection.

It needs a slit or some kind of feature to prevent the appearance of his cigarette clipping through the object.
