How to make Space Marines?
Am I being dumb? I've got every imperial teck unlocked, a imperial medical fabricator and some stolen geneseed. But I still cant work out how to actully make one of my guys into a Space Marine.

Please help

If you have a geneseed, did you build a Medical Fabricator bench and craft a Black Carapace? Then I think you just need to install the Black Carapace in a pawn so you can use Astarte Armor.

I'm stuck right now as I don't have any geneseed.....

SO you need the medical fabricator bench, you use it to make T1 and T3 implants then geenseed for t3 implants. This create the implants then you use surgeries to put them on your pawns.

So, there is some research that is required, different tiers for each level, that has to be done, then you have to make the implants at the Medical Fabricator, then you have to perform the operation with needs to implant and imp med kits to do the operation.

Does'nt matter if men or woman pawns.
Surgry wont show unless you have the pre-requisists available.
