VVS spawning help

I've got a problem with my dedicated server in that spawning the vehicles using VVS seems to be semi broken. I can spawn the basic warthog no gun and the elephant but all the other vehicles do not allow for spawning. They're availiable in Zeus however. Anyone know how I'd fix this?
