Frigate was part of the content that was pulled, no use crying about it.

They didn't want to take out the frigates, they had too. And unless you want to model them yourself, they're not coming back for a while. They're really big and time consuming to model and texture, I would guess.

They have said on their discord that the frigates may or may not come back because they took Zero (the member that left) a long time to model. Furthermore they served no gameplay purpose they were really just eye candy, and the devs want to focus on actual playable content. This is why the frigates are getting put on the back burner. The Longswords are going to come back for sure, the frigates are a maybe or maybe not. If you want to learn more about the dev's insight into the frigate situation check out the discord it is something that has been discussed several times.

@For Chaos! thank you for stating that they may or may not be coming back that does make me a bit more happier to know that they might be coming back but might also not becoming back

lol people in these threads acting like they are owed something. i saw another post about a warthog not being the proper size and to 'fix it'. people do not realize just how much effort and time it takes to do projects like this, especially when not collecting money for it. truly blows me away how many entitled people there are, and to think there are games with far WORSE communities. sad really

I agree. But i also think that they arent doing anything wrong. They are simply doing what they should, giving feedback that the devs of this mod can use to improve the mod further. But what amazes me more is that you think your no different.

you are damn sure? you'd be damn wrong. I was taught growing up respect for others especially when someone is doing a favor more or less. It's funny that you agree with me, yet decide the course of action is not to discourage the behavior but defend it. so which is it? are you entitled to the hard work this group is doing? or are you not? as for being on a high horse, that was not my to intention sound like that, so I apologize if it comes off as haughty. what I am hoping to achieve is that people will stop and think before they rudely demand something of someone whom as far as I understand is working for free.

from what I understand the guy in question has sorta done the 'picked up his ball and went home.' sorta thing. it seem's he's completely dropped arma 3 modding, and at least from the looks of his mod's discussions, has no interest in working on it or allowing anyone to use it.

I was raised to appreciate what i was given, and i do. They aren't demanding anything. They're asking for something they really liked, or somethong similar to be put in in it's place. And if anyone is demanding something, believe me, i won't stand in your way. But so far i haven't seen anyone demand anything, only ask. Could they be more polite in the way theyre doing it? Certainly. But noones perfect dude. Theyre giving feedback essentially, which is never a bad thing in a games or a mods development.

thanks for the words of humbleness (if thats a word cus i cant english good) but yes im not demanding and im not trying to be rude we would like the frigates to come back but since the mod maker that had made the frigates had left as someone told me we might not get it either for a while or ever but once again thank you for the comment
