The new boards v The Old Boards
I've been playing this mod for a while now and I honestly preferred the more spread out version of the board where every thing had it's own individual map. The version the mod was changed back to is significantly more cluttered while the individual mats are much easier to keep track with, and I am not alone in thinking this. Several people I play with feel the same.

I really want to use my own player mats as default, I really do, but seeing how majority makes their rooms with old board sugested me, that people prefer the "visually more apealing" old board. I mainly made the individual mats in order to make faster setup for team villain mode (compared to main game, the TV board is ugly cluster f***) and upcoming Oblivaeon, as well as giveout more space in case the mats still would be to small for some characters (like Argent Adept). Unfortunately people can't see past that, and preferers not to try change. I apreciate your support for my mats, but the silence and backs of other people turned towards the SeekoBlasta's mod having old board setup (which uses my stuff, even though I gave a clear warning in the notes about my tendencies) sugest that is better to set the old board as default. I really wish people were more helpfull and spoke their minds in the comments, but SotM isn't that popular in TTS to make people comment on everything.

If it helps any, I agree with mistdrake. The current board feels very claustrophobic, while the spread-out ones give enough space for each player AND the villain respectively. If the number of dissenting opinions will change your mind, then add my voice to the currently very small mix.

P.S: The official game's TV board is a god-forsaken disaster. I will never play with that if I see it on a server. Ever.
