Fragments of chaos question
So the fragments of chaos have a passive bonus damage with mining tools but does this only count for the ones in frackin or also the matter manipulator? will it dig faster?

Wondering because a friend doesn't like FU but okayed FR and I am playing the Fragments of chaos race and was wondering about the functionality of that passive itself.

Their racial info explicitly states Mining Laser, so I guess that's what it is.
