I feelt combat was to slow. In my experience it cripples AI, and makes leage war a mess. So I made submod for CU.

Starting combat width went from 16 to 18, and max went from 36 to 38. Also changed when you get it from technology, there was a gap between tech 12 and 16(why?), which made league war very painful.
