Was browsing through the mod's file (skimming to see if the missing localization of china) and found some new formable nations like dual monarchy and belgium. Wierdly I found also Holy Britannia, Euro verse/ Napoleon European Union, and the Chinese Federation which all had the same flags. They are only formable with custom nations sadly.
