Growth of Commerce and Production
Hi @ all,

according to the census the commerce growth and production growth is zero and the urbanisation capacity ist negative ( -0.79/5,16 as an example) in all my provences except my capital there i have a positve urbanisation capacity (0.304/9.904) and there the commerce and production is growing
is this a bug? am i missing something? how to stimulate the growth of commerce and production?

Have you built any production buildings?

You explained it yourself xD. In the places where you dont have urban capacity there is no growth. In the capital, where you do have it, it is growing. What bug? xd

You just need to keep progresing, bulding new buildings that increase urban capacity and passing edicts that make it grow too. In about 30-50 years in game most of your provinces will be growing in commerce and production.
