How build roads?
I have the option to build roads but there are no road to build in the build menu. I cant find anything in the province menu either.

Does anyone know how to build them?

Yeah same here, road and mill is not buildable.

A bit late but in case someone has the same problem; disable your GUI mods. They seem compatible at first but they're not. Bigger UI for example neatly hides roads in the buildings tab.
