A suggestion: Make sure that you can defeat ai neighbors before making any greater ambitions...
I actually tested the mod in multiplayer few hours ago but it didn't function as intended, the province edicts and the new government policies were unaccessible because the events did not trigger at all.
Figured I'd let you know since I was pretty hyped for it and I'm hoping you can look into that at some point, assuming it wasn't just a one-time MP issue rather than broken by updates issue.
I guess you miss some DLCs.
Oh, right. I derped that one time and disabled them in case the checksum issues we were having were from them, which I guess was silly of me, but that's around the time when our checksum started to match (from their end though) >.>.
Thanks for letting me know why it happened. I'll let you know if I manage to play it in MP again if it's working!
