Drafted Hunting targets all wild animals
Colonists who are drafted and designated to Drafted Hunt will attack any and all wild animals within range, regardless of their Tame or Hunt designation. No errors in the log. Tested with current Steam versions of Harmony, HugsLib, and Allow Tool on a new RimWorld 1.1 game.

That is the default setting, yes. You can change it via a toggle in the right-click menu of the tool.

Aha! I don't remember setting that before. Hundreds of drafted hunting expeditions and I've never had anyone fire at unmarked animals. Many thanks!
