Is Barfight working for you? Direct file download and instructions available in this discussion.
What types of issues are you experiencing?

Note:
Steam workshop for Mount and Blade does not play nice obviously. Even after bringing M&B up to 1.168 version it will still crash when you click "Join" after being launched via Steam after subscribing.

The work around is rather simple though if you want to join hosted matches.
Simply go to this link and download the Barfight1168 files directly from me:

Unzip them and follow the readme instructions or follow these... take the Barfight1168 folder out of the zipped folder and drop it into your \Modules directory that is most likely located in
C:\Program Files (X86)\steam\steamapps\common\MountBlade Warband\Modules

Unsubscribe from the Steam Barfight mod so you won't have 2 Barfight1168 in your launch GUI.

Now launch Mount and Blade from Steam like normal and select the BARFIGHT1168 from the mod drop down like normal.

Please explain, it works fine when hosting in Steam and fine when hosting and joining in non-Steam versions. It just crashes M&B Warband if you press join in the multiplayer screen on Steam version. The maps are right where they have always been and I have never fooled with the .txt files after compiling.
