The stats

It would add a "Hydration Meter", which can do the following -
When empty (drink nothing for along time), scout does the sick taunt, then has
+25% damage vulnerability
- 25% move speed
- 1 hp per second
When above empty and almost full
Normal stats, and an extra
+ 10% movement speed
When at the top (Not over hyrdated) (over-hydrates when you drink when full)
+ 15% movement speed
+ 10% jump height
When OVER-hydrated
- 50% Movement speed
- 50% jump height
In order to drink (Which can be done while moving, is not a taunt) you click and hold, until it is filled (to any ammount). Scout will auto-matically stop drinking when full, but trying to drink again will cause over-hydration.
25% damage resistace
+10% faster move speed
+80% melee damage bonus
-60% primary weapon damage penalty
Recover 3 health every .25 seconds for 10 seconds (120 health total)
Recharge time 30 sec
cons:
-50% consumption time (1.8 seconds)
Marked for death for 7 seconds
+On drink, removes all negative status effects; afterburn, jarate, bleeding, marked-for-death, etc
-Also removes any positive status effects; overheal is lost, no buffs, ect
(+) Puts out fire upon drinking
(+) Grants 2 immediate shots with primary weapon without an interval
(+) 10 seconds of recharge time
No downsides as this is a drinkable, and just like any drink item, replaces the stock Pistol. Bonk gives invuln, while Crit-a-Cola mini-crits targets. This one doesn't give much than support you for faster kills with your primary weapon if you can land those damage accurately and a little crutch against Pyros afterburn.
Supports: Force-a-Nature and Soda Popper usage. Can be handy with other primaries as well.
Pros:
regain 25% of health when consuming (15 second recharge)
Extinguishes fire
Can be thrown to extinguish teammates with alt-fire.
