Stargate Addresses
Is there a way to change the name of the gate address? I.E from #5LJV39->Statc Grid ### to #5LJV39->(Whatever i name the place)

I have the same Problem. Some Names are like [J056U. There is no [ Button

Ok its based off the Grid Name, Open any control panel of the DHD its self and go to the Into tab then look at grid name on the bottom right, it should be what every you name that

if you name the grid before you place the gate, the address will be already named. If you dont, it seem to take awhile for the name to take, i closed SE and restarted and it took

Its named after the Grid the gate is on, see 2 posts above yours

Can the gate go up to an 8th or 9th chevron address?

i have the problem that i placed a gate on my ship another on a space station and one on earth but the one on spacestaion and on earth have the same adress .. how can ich change adresses
pls help me

Sorry have not played in a while, but i think if you have it set as a station you should be able to go to its settings and change its address there by changing the name

it seems so that the 2 gates was in the same quadrant .

20km Minimal Distance between gates, 50km+ Recommended.
