Add game rules to allow disabling new laws plz
In case someone (like me tbh) likes the mod but dosent want to use (nor the AI to use) the new events and laws regarding persecution/mass vassal execution. I would appreciate it since I only want the mod for the option of torture/humiliating prisioners without releasing them.
