You MUST enable updates or resubscribe to the mod for any updates to Download!!
As it says above. A lot of users are commenting about the old 1.3 version of this mod. We are on version 1.3.4. If you do not have this version, you do not have the update! Please try resubscribing or enabling updates if you are seeing features from the old version, especially if your starting planet is a Citybound Planet!
