Mend vs recycle // no recycle option?
So it says mend simple weapon or mend complex weapon. But no recycle option?

You can recycle apparel at the tailoring bench.

What is the difference between mend and repair options?
Also for me repair kits could be crafted in the mending workbench, which doesn't have mending kits for fuel. (I de-activated the need for fuel now)

How can I help you for you to help me? What kind of stuff I should send yyou from where in the game?
