Dark Cave secret tech upgrade?
Obvious spoiler alert to anyone completely new to this mod.

So, working your way through the dark cave, you get three tech upgrades, the distortion sphere, jump boost and dodge. However, near the boss, there's this fourth tech upgrade-looking thing, I don't know how to describe it exactly, so here's a screenshot:

I'm wondering if anybody's been able to get to it? As far as I can tell, there's only one way in, and it's a single-width gap, so... what do I do to get to it?

In case you don't mind spoilers, here's what you need to do and get: Complete the tech guy's quests in the outpost, then you can make the micro sphere, which is only 1 block compared to two.

In case you're rather new, I'd be pretty okay with teaching you in multiplayer if you want.

I appreciate the offer, but I'm more of a "I play alone and figure things out on my own" kind of guy. :)
