celestial.config trying to be read on your end gives this error:

Caused by: (UnicodeException) Invalid UTF-8 code unit sequence in utf8Length

usually this has to do with language encoding. For some reason, your client is reading it in the wrong way. This is not generally how things go, and everyone else on steam is using the same version as you.

I'm not sure what to suggest other than unsubbing and then resubbing and seeing if that does the trick.
