How do *you* get Plasmic Crystals?
I'm just wondering what methods people prefer to use for getting Plasmic Crystals. On the wiki the main ways it says they can be obtained are from extracting Blood Crystal or Blood Rock, using an Atmospheric Condenser on Lightless planets, or from Crystalwing or Red-Banded bees. I can't really tell which way would be least out-of-the-way, because the bees are rare and only in certain biomes, the blocks either appear only on the bottom of Atropus Sea planets or need mass liquid mixing, and an Atmospheric Condenser on a Lightless planet needs power a lot of power without solar and a lot of time hanging out on that planet and still is only a rare drop.

Personally, i prefer the Lava+Blood > Liquid mixer > Blood Rock-Route as it's not very tedious and only takes a little time to get both, enough Lava and Blood :). Allthough what follows is probably common knowledge, I'd rather not spoiler anyone, so read at your own risk :)

Lava: Lava is an easy task, since you basically find an endless lava ocean on at the core of most planets. What I do is to simply build a small platform right above the lava, set a flag to teleport there whenever needed and some pumps. That way I can easily refill on lava every once in a while and collect with the manipulator while the pumps do their business = double output. With a Quantum Manipulator pumps aren't really needed but still a nice extra.

Blood: If you're lucky and run into a blood ocean, blood is an extremely easy feat too and can be collected as above. Otherwise I'd just go and use the liquid mixer and mix whatever blood I have with water until I reach 4499 Blood. Liquid Mix those with a stack of 4499 Water and you get batches of 9998 blood. Do that a couple times, and then all that's left to do is mix the lava and blood to get bloodstones.

Sure, mixing will take a little while, but liquid mixers don't require many materials to build so just build a couple ones and you're good. I don't really consider this route "massive mixing", especially if you manage to find a blood ocean. To me it's a no brainer to choose this route for Plasmic Crystals, but then I also don't mind waiting for the mixers to be done with their job :)
